Add your household to the Society's list. It takes a minute, and everyone who lives at the Point is welcome on it: owner, tenant, or living with someone who owns the place.
It is preferable to have two points of contact for any one property address. If by chance the single contact point changes, for example a work email address has been used, and is no longer relevant, we have no way of knowing whether or not you are getting the newsletter. If the annual levy payment request has not got through and is not paid on time, penalties apply and that is something we do not wish our residents to incur.
Where your answers go
To the team who keep the Society's membership list, at hprs@barfoot.co.nz. They are read by a person and typed into one record for your property.
Nothing is sold, published or passed to anyone else, and you can come off the list at any time by replying to any issue.
