Apartments are going up fast around here, with settlement of the first building to be completed in Bernoulli Gardens (pictured) expected in May, when we’ll be able to welcome the advance guard of new residents arriving there. The complex is on Hobsonville Point Road opposite the secondary school and is distinctive for its handsome facades with curved corners.
Developed by Ockham Residential, it will eventually comprise 120 apartments in five buildings, surrounding landscaped gardens. Most of these apartments have a carpark. At this point, it is 80 per cent sold.
